This development is the first of 2 phases of a planned 700 houses due to be completed on the site of the old Cadbury’s chocolate factory in Keynsham, Bristol. The site consists of a mixture of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed houses across the 220 acre site which will include a primary school, local shopping centre, cafes and sport centre. All houses are fitted with high efficiency gas boilers, wet central heating systems and luxury bathroom suites.
