Redcliffe Parade, Bristol

November has seen Gas World commence work Redcliffe Parade West, order an attractive Georgian parade in the Redcliffe area of Bristol which is being developed by a joint venture on behalf of Change Real Estate and the Canon Family Office.

Most recently used for office accommodation, the property comprises six town houses which have listed status, and a modern office building to the rear. Overlooking the floating harbour, Redcliffe Parade West is situated close to St Mary Redcliffe Church, and a short walk from Bristol Temple Meads Station.

Integral have been appointed as lead contractor on the development in which they are going to build 30 high quality residential dwellings. Plans include a mix of 1,2&3 bed apartments with associated car parking and communal facilities.
