This high profile site surrounding one side of the County Cricket Cround, home of Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, consisted of 148 Apartments each fitted with individual gas wall mounted boilers, wet central heating system and high spec bathroom suites. A full mechanical fit out was carried out including gas mains feeding each apartment from 4 separate meter rooms, boosted cold water, soil and drainage, car park smoke vents.
