The Wapping Wharf project was run on a design build basis and consisted of a communal heating scheme where we installed 2 x 533Kw Hovel twin boilers and 2 x 20kw CHP boilers which fed each apartment which in turn were then fitted with an evinox heat exchange unit which fed a wet central heating system with radiators.

A full mechanical installation was also carried out involving apartment fit outs including all bathrooms and water supplies, boosted cold water, dry risers, rainwaters and soils and all apartment ventilation and ducting.

A 65 panel, 16.75Kw solar PV system has also been installed on an a-frame installation to the flat roof of the development.
