Works are progressing well on the Paintworks site we are carrying out for Crest Nicholson on the site of the old Paintworks in Bristol. This site is an eclectic mix of one and two bedroom apartments, three and four bed houses plus live/work units, some Riverside, in the Arnos Vale area of Bristol.
The development is just half a mile from Temple Meads train station and will enhance the already established community of Paintworks benefitting from small light industrial units, arts and crafts galleries and a restaurant/pub all with the unusual and hugely popular urban/ warehouse type feel.
Works are progressing well with much of the new infrastructure now in place and the show house now open to the public.
All properties are fed by a district heating system with individual heat exchange units located in each property feeding a wet radiator based heating system. High spec bathroom suites are fitted throughout and many properties benefit from solar voltaic panels fitted to their roofs.
